Antoine Griezmann claims that Atletico Madrid had a tough time coping with Mason Greenwood in the match against Getafe, which ultimately resulted in a 3-3 draw.

Borja Mayoral, who is currently in good form and ranks as the second top scorer in LaLiga with 12 goals, managed to score the equalizer right after the second half began by taking advantage of a rebound.

Griezmann scored two goals in the match which brought him at par with the record for highest number of goals scored for Atletico - 173.

During the summer, Greenwood made the decision to leave United and joined Getafe on a loan. This decision happened just after allegations of attempted rape, assault, and coercive control against him were dismissed. Despite these accusations, the 22-year-old asserted that he was innocent and denied all charges.

Alvaro Morata scored again for the team playing at home, while Griezmann extended their lead by scoring a penalty at the 69th minute.

Yet, Getafe didn't surrender and managed to score a goal just three minutes before the end of the match thanks to Oscar Rodriguez. Then, Mayoral scored a penalty in added time.
