According to Prince Harry's lawyer at the High Court, Mirror journalists listened to Princess Diana's voicemails while Piers Morgan was editor of the newspaper. The lawyer also mentioned letters Diana wrote to TV presenter Michael Barrymore. Harry is trying to prove that Mirror Group Newspapers published stories about him that were illegally obtained through phone hacking, voicemail interception, blagging, and private investigators. David Sherborne is acting for Harry, who recently celebrated his daughter's second birthday and flew from Los Angeles to the UK.
