Simon Cowell interrupts Britain's Got Talent to share message with Ant McPartlin

Last night, Simon Cowell paused the proceedings of Britain's Got Talent to directly address Ant McPartlin.

On Monday evening, the live performances began with the return of Ant and Dec as the presenting duo.

During the live semi-finals, as the duo greeted the audience and conversed with the judges, Simon halted the event to convey a message to Ant.

Interrupting the performance, Simon spoke to Ant and expressed his congratulations with the words: "I simply must take a moment to extend my warmest congratulations to you, Ant."

The kind note was greeted with a loud and enthusiastic response from the audience that was present in person.

Ant responded with gratitude, saying "I am immensely thankful, I appreciate it greatly, thank you."

Simon then expressed his joy by saying, "I'm genuinely ecstatic for you."

After that, Ant grabbed the chance to express his gratitude to Simon for the "wonderful present". He then turned to the rest and commented, "Hey, judges, I'm still waiting for your gifts!"

Earlier this month, the co-host and his wife Anne-Marie Corbett celebrated the arrival of their first child.

He revealed the information in a blog post, saying: "I am pleased to introduce our newest addition to the family, Wilder Patrick Mcpartlin. He was born at 8:54am on May 14th, 2024."

The baby is very cute, mom is amazing, the sisters are extremely happy. However, the dad is feeling emotional.
