A court in Romania has denied Andrew Tate's urgent plea to visit his mother who is admitted to a hospital in the United Kingdom.

The individual known for having an impact on social media mentioned that he requested to depart from the nation due to his mother experiencing a cardiac arrest.

Tate's representative expressed their disappointment with the decision through a statement, stating that it left them feeling discouraged.

The 37-year-old kickboxer and his 35-year-old brother, both holding the nationalities of the UK and the US, have been restricted from leaving Romania due to their indictment for rape, human trafficking, and participating in an organized crime group.

They have rejected all accusations of mistreatment and trading of individuals, and a court hearing is scheduled to occur.

On platform X, Tate posted a message after the decision was made. The ruling stated that the individual must spend Christmas alone, assuming they are still alive. Tate has a significant following of 8.5 million on the platform. The post simply reads "Rejected." The decision was made by the Romanian state.

In a subsequent post, the individual mentioned: "The concept of being assumed innocent until proven guilty does not exist in Romania."

The siblings were detained by the police and then put on house arrest while they waited for their trial. However, a court in Bucharest later decided to lift some of the restrictions on the siblings and granted them permission to travel to any destination in Romania.

Back in June, Romanian law enforcers announced that the siblings, in collaboration with two Romanian citizens, created a criminal syndicate at the beginning of 2021 with the aim of engaging in human trafficking operations in Romania, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other nations.

Supposedly harmed individuals were transferred to constructions in the region of Ilfov in Romania. There they were frightened, monitored and dominated, and pushed into owing money, according to a declaration.

The accused individuals are believed to have coerced their victims into participating in pornographic activities. The recorded material was afterwards distributed on various social networking platforms.

Andrew Tate has consistently stated that the Romanian prosecutors do not possess any proof against him and that there is a political plot intended to suppress his voice.

Before, he faced restrictions on different well-known social media sites for sharing opinions that are discriminatory against women and inciting hateful language.
