In his blog post regarding X, Andrew expressed that the government of Romania has made the decision that she should spend Christmas without any company, on the condition that she manages to stay alive.

At present, the Tate siblings are confronting allegations of rape and human trafficking, but they disprove them.

At the moment, they are both stuck in Romania and cannot go anywhere else.

The court session took place in private, and the judge is anticipated to reveal his reasoning in the next few days.

After being held under house arrest for a while, the brothers were given the freedom to travel around Romania. However, they're still not allowed to travel internationally.

In December of 2022, they were arrested and spent some time in prison. Eventually, in March, they were put on house arrest.

The Tate brothers and two other women were charged in June for using the "loverboy method" to exploit seven women. This tactic involves offering false promises of relationships or marriages to deceive and take advantage of vulnerable individuals.

Andrew Tate firmly asserts that he is not guilty and asserts that the prosecution has insufficient evidence, while also discrediting the entire case as a tactical move to suppress him for political reasons.

Lately, he made an effort to lawfully retrieve possessions that were taken away from him, which consist of high-end vehicles and timepieces with a value amounting to several million euros.
