Tate and his sibling are currently residing in Romania and are facing charges of rape, human trafficking, and operating an unlawful group to exploit females in a sexual manner. They assert their innocence and dispute all accusations against them.
The spokesperson said that the Bucharest Court of Appeal was anticipated to come up with a verdict concerning the enforcement of the arrest warrant on Tuesday.
The person speaking said: "The Tate brothers are really upset and troubled that these old accusations are coming up again. They say for sure they didn't do anything wrong and they're really disappointed that people are bringing up such serious claims without any new proof."
Andrew and Tristan Tate firmly reject any accusations made against them and condemn any attempt to use the legal system for exploitation. They are fully dedicated to contesting these claims with steadfast determination and perseverance. The brothers stress their trust in a just and unbiased legal procedure, despite the disturbing nature of their situation.
