Fans of Soccer Aid have expressed admiration for former footballer and presenter Alex Scott after she showcased an elegant new appearance for this evening's game.

The host has returned to partner with Dermot O'Leary to present the sideline report for the yearly charitable game happening tonight at Stamford Bridge in London.

The woman who is 39 years old donned a bodycon frock that was long and white, with a high neckline. The classy outfit had a high slit on one side of the leg and also a cut-out on the other side with fringes in white. For her hairstyle, Alex parted her hair on one side and smoothed it back, sporting a dramatic and lengthy ponytail that hung down her back.

The audience praised the celebrity's appearance and accessorized it with some silver jewelry, describing the host as 'stunning'. "Isn't Alex Scott looking beautiful?" a viewer questioned on X, which was previously known as Twitter, and another stated: "As usual, Alex Scott is killing it."

One person commented on Alex Scott's appearance on soccer aid, saying she looked beautiful. Another fan also complimented her stunning look. However, someone raised a concern about the fringes on her white gown, fearing that they might get caught in her heel. Another viewer praised her, using an expletive to express their admiration.

A few watchers expressed their preference to witness the host donning a football uniform instead. "I urge Miss Alex Scott to abandon the microphone in the following year and return to playing," a fan exclaimed. Alongside, another pondered, "What's holding Alex Scott back from playing?"

In the meantime, some people who were watching ITV were not able to focus on the coverage because they observed an issue with the pitch before the game began. As the game started this evening, the audience immediately remarked that the playing field at Chelsea's stadium appeared to be in bad condition and had numerous big brown patches.

A person watching the game at Stamford Bridge expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the pitch, suggesting that a better location should have been chosen. Someone else commented that the pitch was in such poor condition, it resembled a playing field found on a beach.

Sam Thompson, the winner of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, and Bobby Brazier, who has participated in Strictly Come Dancing, will be debutants in this year's Soccer Aid representing England. Jill Scott, a retired England footballer, Paddy McGuinness, a television presenter, Steven Bartlett, who stars in Dragons' Den, and Sir Mo Farah, an Olympic gold medalist, are all returning to play for England.

The group of individuals playing for World XI FC comprises Olympic athlete Usain Bolt, comedian Maisie Adam, radio broadcaster Roman Kemp, comedian Lee Mack, and reality TV personality Tommy Fury.
