Alan Cumming expressed his opinion that the public should be outraged at Prime Minister Rishi Sunak for his apparent refusal to acknowledge the reality of transgender individuals.

The 58-year-old performer expressed his opposition to the remarks made by Sunak during the Conservative Party Conference in October. Sunak stated that the British population was being coerced into accepting the idea that individuals can identify as any gender they choose.

He stated that it's an obvious fact that men are men and women are women.

Alan, a supporter of LGBT rights for a long time, shared on 5 News that he thinks the discussion about trans rights is just one aspect of an extensive cultural battle.

He said: 'In my opinion, the conflicts based on cultural differences are terrible. We rarely focus on legislative proposals, substantial topics, or vital matters.'

According to Alan Cumming, the community should be really upset over Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's refusal to acknowledge the transgender population.

The 58-year-old performer expressed his disagreement with remarks made by Sunak during the Conservative Party Conference in October. Sunak had claimed that the British public were being coerced into accepting the idea that individuals can choose their gender identity.

Why do we condone it when our Prime Minister boldly declares that there are only two genders - male and female - with no possibility of anything in between? How could he have the audacity to utter such a statement?

"We should be outraged by the fact that he is denying the very existence of trans individuals. It's unfortunate that people are influenced by the words of Prime Ministers."

The actor from The Good Wife shared his opinion on how politicians carry out actions that are not in line with public demands because they are anxious to maintain their positions.

He expressed that he found it intriguing how politicians in England often behave in ways that do not align with the desires of those who elected them. He believed this was due to their desperation to maintain their positions, which he found concerning.

In America, individuals tend to keep their jobs for an extended period of time, even until they reach an advanced age.

People carry out their work regularly, and sometimes they alter aspects of their appearance, both on their face and body, to conceal their real age. Even President Biden hasn't resorted to such tactics.

In my opinion, one contributing factor is the societal pressure to maintain youthful appearances at any expense. We hold youthfulness in high regard, but as a consequence, there are individuals in their eighties that perceive themselves as if they were still in their thirties.

During an interview with 5 News, Alan expressed his support for the promotion of LGBT rights. He mentioned that in his opinion, the discussion around trans rights is just one aspect of a broader cultural conflict.

Sunak reiterated his position when questioned about whether he remorseed his remarks made during the Conservative Party Conference.

During an interview after the Gathering of the European Political Community in Granada, Spain, he expressed that he believes a person's gender identity corresponds with their biological sex. He further added that he thinks most viewers of the program would agree with this straightforward logic.

Naturally, our nation will always be one that exudes passion and acceptance. This is simply who we are. Nevertheless, we must acknowledge the undeniable truths of biology. Expressing these facts shouldn't be considered a contentious issue.
