Sam Thompson has honestly talked to his fellow contestants on the TV show I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! about his ADHD diagnosis and his concerns about what lies ahead.

The individual from Made in Chelsea has successfully adapted to life in the wilderness, and has impressed both his co-participants and audience members with his optimistic attitude and continuously energetic approach. This resulted in him being elected as the current leader of the camp.

In the episode that aired on the night of November 30, Sam had a conversation with Marvin Humes and Josie Gibson by the creek where he discussed his diagnosis of ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) which was given to him last year.

At the start of this year, the young adult of age 31 showcased a Channel 4 program named Sam Thompson: Is This ADHD? that narrated his journey to get professionally diagnosed.

Marvin spoke of how Sam had indirectly referenced having ADHD a few times during the camping trip. He asked Sam how old he was when he got diagnosed with the condition.

Sam reported that last year many individuals in a specific age range were diagnosed much later than expected. The lows in their situation were steep, but the highs were remarkably elevated.

According to Sam, Zara McDermott - his girlfriend, who is a star of Love Island and recently participated in Strictly Come Dancing - plays a significant role in keeping him grounded.

Marvin Humes and Sam Thompson were spotted in the jungle area.

"My partner Zara is very consistent and it positively impacts me. When she is stable, I feel the same way," he described while using hand gestures to indicate a smooth line.

I have a problem with keeping track of time. I tend to be self-centered and not just towards my girlfriend but also towards my friends. When Zara talks to me, sometimes I find my mind wandering off to something else entirely. It's like I'm a bad person sometimes.

Josie claimed that Sam's unique personality is an indispensable part of who he is. Marvin supported her statement by commenting that Sam has an abundant amount of energy. Sam's immense drive and passion define him as an exceptional person.

According to Sam's words, it's strange that nobody noticed it earlier at school. He added that if you go through all his report cards, you'll notice that every single one of them had the same comment: "He's a decent guy, but he lacks concentration." This remark was clear to see.

If I had been aware of this as a child, my actions might not have differed, but my self-esteem would have changed. I have a vivid memory of crying over my textbook because I had trouble comprehending the words. I always tried to do the right thing and avoid causing trouble.

In the Bush Telegraph, Sam expressed that having ADHD does not make them feel ashamed. However, if they were diagnosed with it at a younger age, they would have felt more confident about themselves in school. Before the diagnosis, they believed that they were bad at everything.

The celebrity from the reality show "Made in Chelsea" has demonstrated his skills in surviving in the wilderness.

During the conversation with Marvin and Josie, Sam expressed his desire to become a parent someday. He emphasized the importance of being responsible and taking care of a child. Sam mentioned that they need to be prepared for the responsibilities that come along with having children.

In casual English, Marvin assured Sam that he would make a fabulous father. He stated that his children only want his attention and to be present in the moment with them. All they desire is to be loved and cuddled, and to have a fun time with their dad.

He said, "It's hard for me to picture myself doing this alone, because you being here and sharing the fun with me has made all the difference."

ADHD is a type of disorder that can affect a person's behaviour and make it hard for them to focus. Even though most people are diagnosed with this condition when they are between six and 12 years old, some adults may not receive a diagnosis until they are older due to varying levels of symptoms.

Charity ADHD Action reports that around 1.5 million adults in the United Kingdom possess the disorder, but only 120,000 have been officially identified.

The television program called "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!" is shown on ITV at 9pm from Sunday to Friday, and on Saturday at 9.30pm.
