Adele to take a break from music
Adele has declared that she will be going on a "long hiatus" from making music after her upcoming shows, stating: "I don't have any intentions to release new music anytime soon."
The British artist, who has been performing regularly in Las Vegas for the last two years, will be embarking on a European tour next month, marking their first time performing in Europe since 2016.
She has a series of 10 performances scheduled in Germany for August at Munich's Messe exhibition center, which can accommodate up to 80,000 people.
Over the weekend, she shared pictures on Instagram of the arrangement there, captioning: "It's quite thrilling."
The Weekends With Adele residency kicked off at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in November 2022 and is set to end in November of the current year.
The 36-year-old informed ZDF, a German television station, that she intended to take a long break after the series of performances.
"I feel like I have nothing left in me right now," she stated.
I currently do not have any intentions to release new music.
I need a break from everything, and I feel like exploring new creative pursuits for a bit.
"You know, it's weird that I never sing at home."

She mentioned that her packed performances at Caesar's Palace, with a capacity of 4,000, have been a hit but have also taken a toll on her emotionally.
She mentioned that even though the crowd was small, the interaction was filled with emotions.
I believe I will feel even more energized after each night's performance in Munich. But it's a good feeling. It's an amazing exchange of positive energy.
In the previous month, a video captured her standing up to a person making homophobic comments during a performance in Las Vegas.
The singer from the popular song Hello mentioned that she longs for her life prior to becoming famous.
"I miss all aspects of my life before I became well-known, but I believe I miss being able to go unnoticed the most," she expressed.
I enjoy being able to create music whenever I feel like it and receiving positive feedback from others. It's amazing to think about how far I have come. However, I really dislike the aspect of becoming famous.
It's amazing that people are curious about my music and voice. It never feels ordinary. It's a trade-off that I find worthwhile.

In November 2021, she dropped her newest album 30 following her split from husband Simon Konecki. This release signifies her return to the music scene after a five-year hiatus.
She last appeared in the UK in July 2022 at the British Summer Time Festival held in Hyde Park, London.
