Bose introduced the A20 thirteen years ago, positioning it as the leading headset in the aviation industry. But now, after a long and successful run, it's time for the A20 to step down and retire. Its successor, the Bose A30, has taken over as the newest and most advanced headset in the market.

A noteworthy and beneficial alteration in design is the technique utilized for fastening the microphone boom. It effortlessly clips on and off, allowing for an effortless and hassle-free switch between sides without any tools required. However, my solitary qualm lies with the novel headset case, as it seems to have abandoned the useful exterior pouch found in the older A20 bag.
