Businesses that have made significant improvements in how they present themselves to potential employees and communicate about job opportunities are encouraged to submit their entries for the 2025 RAD Awards. The competition is now accepting entries.

The RAD Awards highlight excellence in showcasing employer branding, recruitment marketing, and communication with employees. Their goal is to honor and recognize the most creative, impactful, and groundbreaking work in the field.

Often referred to as the Oscars of the recruitment advertising world, the RADS honor exceptional creative work created by advertising agencies and their clients, as well as in-house teams for employers.

Richard Andrews, who leads the RAD Awards, mentioned that the upcoming event in 2025 is going to be great. He is excited to invite HR and talent experts to come and celebrate all the new and creative ideas in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

The RAD Awards is well-known for its rigorous judging procedure and I am confident that this year's panel is eager to dive into the submissions for this year.

This year's RADS has 19 different categories to choose from, including:

You can see all the categories and requirements for this year by downloading the entry guide. The last day to submit entries is Friday, September 27, 2024 at 11:55 PM BST.

The successful companies in the year 2024 included Adidas, BT, and Currys, as well as top advertising firms like Havas People, Tonic, and TMP Worldwide.

The awards show will happen on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at the luxurious Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London. The event includes a welcome drinks reception, a fancy three-course meal, entertainment, the presentation of awards, and a fun after-party.

The event has had guest hosts such as Katherine Ryan, Joel Dommett, and Tom Allen.
