The Magnificent Right Whale

The right whale belongs to the family of baleen whales and is known for its enormous size and slow swimming speed. It is one of the rarest whale species in the world and is currently listed as an endangered species. These magnificent creatures can grow up to 18 meters and weigh around 100 tons. Right whales are easily recognizable due to their massive head, which is about one-third of their body length, along with their characteristic V-shaped blowhole.
