Gemma Jade Turrell, representing the Local Conservatives, has been successfully elected as the new council member for the Shortlands and Park Langley Ward in the by-election which took place on Thursday, May 2nd.

The number of people who voted in the by-election was 53.67% of the eligible population.

The vote tally for the Greater London Authority elections will carry on the day after today, which is Saturday the fourth of May. Once the outcome for the Bromley and Bexley neighborhood's London Assembly Representative is proclaimed, it will be posted on this page for all to see.
