Six by Nico, the famous Scottish restaurant group, is opening its twelfth restaurant.

A company from Glasgow will open a new restaurant soon. The restaurant will be located south of the Border. Opening is planned for this summer.

Chef Nico Simeone created Six by Nico. Six by Nico gives customers a six-course tasting menu with a unique theme. This menu changes every six weeks. The menu's name, Six by Nico, is inspired by this idea. Simeone believes that the menu is both tasty and affordable.

Six by Nico started in Finnieston in 2017. Now, they have locations in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, London Fitzrovia, London Canary Wharf, Belfast, Dublin and Aberdeen.

Six by Nico is opening a new location in Leeds. The new venue will create up to 60 jobs.
