Kolkata Knight Riders had to spend 25.75 crore (£2.45m) on Starc, whereas Sunrisers Hyderabad paid 20.50 crore (£1.95m) for Cummins.

The charges for both teams have gone beyond the previous high point established by Punjab Kings and Sam Curran in the previous year.
