Emile Cairess is considered one of the top British long-distance runners, with multiple records and achievements under his belt. In 2020, Emile broke the half marathon world record in his age category, running it in 62 minutes and 46 seconds. He also placed 7th in the Great North Run, one of the biggest half marathon races in the world.
